Samsung 5D Viewer is computer software for reviewing and measuring three-dimensional ultrasound volume data away from the ultrasound console. It uses compatible volume files exported from specified Samsung Medison systems.
Users can display, edit and save volume data or video and perform measurements such as distance, ellipse or three-distance volume calculations. Volume information supplies the raw scan data and rendering parameters.
File and Feature Compatibility
The viewer supports the relevant DICOM volume files from Samsung systems including WS80A, RS80A and HS70A, rather than general third-party DICOM images. HDVI and 5D Heart functions require a USB licensing dongle. The software provides image analysis without acquiring a new ultrasound scan.
