MICSI-RMT is image processing software that reduces noise in MRI images of the head. It handles functional and diffusion MRI data and is intended for radiologists working in imaging centers, clinics or hospitals.
The software processes DICOM images within a router and processor, without a separate user interface. After denoising, it sends processed images to a picture archiving and communication system, where the user can view both original and processed images.

Processing Workflow
