TeraRecon Neuro processes CT and MRI images to help trained healthcare professionals assess blood flow through the brain. It analyzes how contrast changes over time and produces measurements and maps related to brain tissue perfusion and blood volume. Physicians use the results to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
The software can correct motion in the image data and calculate parameters such as blood flow, blood volume and mean transit time. Its results can be exported in DICOM format for viewing in a compatible image viewer or hospital imaging system. The physician remains responsible for final patient management decisions.

TeraRecon Neuro results are used for the analysis of dynamic brain perfusion image data, showing properties of changes in contrast over time.
