The Sublime microcatheter supports guidewire placement and exchange in peripheral blood vessels. It can also deliver saline or diagnostic contrast through its lumen. The listed angled-tip version has a 65 cm working length and is designed for a 0.018-inch guidewire platform.
The catheter follows a guidewire into the vessel and provides support through difficult segments. Its shaft incorporates stainless steel braid and a hydrophilic coating. A radiopaque marker at the distal end helps the clinician identify its position under fluoroscopy.
Connection and Supply
The single lumen terminates at a proximal Luer fitting. The catheter requires compatible guidewire and guide-catheter equipment, including a 4 French guide catheter. It is supplied sterile following ethylene oxide sterilization and is intended for one use.
