Patient Monitor 6500 is a touchscreen physiological monitor with a built-in processor and 15-inch display. Integrated measurements include ECG and respiration, oxygen saturation, noninvasive and invasive blood pressure, and temperature. It monitors, records and generates alarms for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients.
The monitor operates from mains power or an internal battery. It can remain stationary or accompany patients during transport within a hospital. External measurement modules connect through FlexLink, including compatible carbon-dioxide and predictive-temperature modules.
Data and Clinical Use
The monitor can communicate with the Philips central station and an independent display application. An ECG output can synchronize compatible external equipment. Healthcare professionals use it for one patient at a time; it is a monitoring and recording device rather than a therapeutic device.
