Autolith Uro-Touch is an electrohydraulic lithotripsy system for fragmenting urinary stones. A tabletop generator connects through an extender cable to a disposable bipolar probe passed through an endoscope’s working channel.
The operator positions the probe near the stone under endoscopic visualization and activates a pneumatic footswitch. High-voltage pulses discharged at the probe tip in physiological saline create hydraulic shock waves that fragment the stone.

Generator Controls
The unit controls pulse energy and repetition and displays the relative power and selected pulse count. It detects the connected probe type and sets corresponding startup values and power ranges. The urology system uses 120 cm, 1.9 Fr or 54 cm, 9.0 Fr disposable probes and prevents discharge when the cable or probe is not properly connected.
