ARIX Diaphysis bone plates are implanted with compatible screws to stabilize bone during healing. The system is used for fractures, osteotomies and nonunions in specified bones of the upper limb, pelvis and lower leg, including osteopenic bone.
The plates are available in different lengths and numbers of screw holes. A variable locking feature supports fixation with the system’s screws. The plate and screw system uses unalloyed titanium and titanium alloy components.
Fixation Components
The system includes compatible 3.5 mm cortical and locking screws in lengths from 10 to 100 mm. Its anatomical indications include the clavicle, scapula, olecranon, humerus, radius, ulna, pelvis, distal tibia and fibula.
