CoLink Cfx is a plate-and-screw family for stabilization of calcaneal fractures and osteotomies. Its foot-and-ankle fixation scope includes fractures, revision procedures and reconstruction in adults and pediatric patients.
The titanium-alloy implants are supplied sterile. A listed calcaneal perimeter plate is one plate option within the broader CoLink plating system.

Screw Compatibility
The Cfx plates use previously cleared 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm CoLink Afx screws. CoLag screws may also be used as separate standalone fixation during the procedure, rather than as plate fasteners. Surgical instruments accompany the plate-and-screw system.
