The POYA 3.5 mm Medial Proximal Tibia Plate is a component of a fixation system for adults. The system buttresses medial tibial plateau fractures, including split and depression fractures, and supports fixation of osteopenic bone and nonunions or malunions of the medial proximal tibia.
The system includes plates, locking and non-locking screws, and corresponding instruments. The plates are primarily stainless steel with pure titanium inlay clips; the screws are entirely stainless steel.

The POYA system is a location-specific variant of the Bonebridge Osteosynthesis Plating System for the medial proximal tibia. Its plate and screw components work together in the fixation construct.
