TriMed Total Wrist Fusion Plates immobilize the wrist during arthrodesis and can also fix fractures of other small bones. They form part of the Radiocarpal Fusion System, in which a bone plate and screws maintain the intended bone alignment during fixation.
The plates accept both locking and nonlocking screws. The system includes different plate lengths, bend angles and screw mating configurations. Its cortical screws are available in 2.7 mm and 3.2 mm diameters, with a range of lengths.
