The Reform Midline Cortical Bone Screw anchors a posterior spinal fixation construct as an adjunct to fusion. It is intended for noncervical fixation in skeletally mature patients with specified instability or deformity of the spine.
The titanium screw has a dual-lead cortical-cancellous thread form. It is part of a modular system that combines bone screws with cobalt-chromium tulips, rods and connectors. The screw range includes cannulated and noncannulated versions.
Conditions of Use
System indications include degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, trauma, spinal stenosis, spinal curvature, tumor, pseudarthrosis and failed previous fusion. The construct provides fixation while fusion develops.
