The HnX-PB is a portable X-ray unit for diagnostic imaging of body extremities. It can be used in handheld or stand-mounted arrangements with a separate imaging detector and computer. It is not intended for mammography or to replace a stationary radiographic system.
The main unit combines the X-ray tube, high-voltage generator, collimator and electronic controls. An LCD panel allows the operator to set exposure voltage and current-time parameters, while the control software operates the generator and monitors the unit’s status.

Imaging Arrangement
The detector and image processing software receive and display the radiographic data. The portable unit supplies the X-ray exposure, and the supporting cart, stand and detector are separate from its basic components.
