Swan-Ganz CCOmbo thermodilution catheters are pulmonary artery catheters used to assess circulation in critically ill patients. Models 744F75 and 746F8 belong to the continuous cardiac output catheter group and connect to compatible Edwards patient monitoring equipment.

An inflatable balloon near the catheter tip helps blood flow carry the catheter into the pulmonary artery during placement. The catheter transmits signals to the compatible monitor for the measurements supported by its configuration.
