The Klassic Knee Tibial Stem Extension is a modular titanium alloy component that attaches beneath a compatible Klassic tibial baseplate. It provides additional fixation farther down the tibia when a longer stem is required.
A threaded connection joins the extension to the baseplate. The listed implant is the 75 mm configuration within a range of stem lengths up to 150 mm.
Role in the Knee Construct
The extension supplements the tibial component as part of the Klassic Knee System rather than replacing the joint-bearing surface itself. The system is intended for cemented knee replacement, including selected primary and revision procedures. Stem selection depends on the fixation required for the reconstructed knee.
