REMEDY Poly+Plus is an all-poly tibial component for the REMEDY temporary stemmed knee spacer system. It is an alternative to the system’s PMMA tibial component and forms the tibial side of the spacer after removal of an existing knee implant.
The tibial component pairs with a modular femoral component. Optional stem extensions occupy space left by previous stems, and an optional REMEDY tibial insert wedge can accompany the tibial component when a large tibial defect is present.

Temporary Spacer Context
The assembled spacer is intended for up to 180 days during a two-stage procedure for a septic knee in skeletally mature patients. Its intended use includes gentamicin bone cement and systemic antimicrobial therapy. It provides basic joint mobility during this temporary interval, with mobility aids included in the intended-use conditions.
