CAS-One IR software supports planning and navigation of rigid needles or probes during CT-guided interventions. It lets the user define one or more trajectories relative to anatomy, guide manual instrument placement and compare the achieved position with the plan.
The software works with a mobile navigation platform, camera and instrument guidance components. During navigation it displays instrument position relative to the patient while respiratory levels are monitored.
Verification and Users
Pre- and post-treatment image overlays help verify instrument configuration and performance. The system is intended for trained physicians performing CT-guided procedures in patients older than 18 who are eligible for percutaneous intervention.
