ClearGrasp Snare is a monopolar electrosurgical instrument for endoscopic removal of gastrointestinal polyps and tissue. A wire loop extends from a flexible catheter to surround and grasp the target lesion.
The handle and slider open or close the loop. Connected to an electrosurgical generator, the loop delivers high-frequency current for resection. Rotatable configurations add loop orientation control.
