This Micro-Tech polypectomy snare removes gastrointestinal polyps through an endoscope. A flexible wire cable and loop extend and retract through an outer sheath using a control handle.
The loop delivers monopolar radiofrequency current to cut and cauterize tissue. Rotatable configurations allow handle rotation to orient the loop. The device is supplied ethylene oxide sterilized for single use.
