Rotatable Snares are endoscopic instruments for removing or cauterizing polyps and tissue in the gastrointestinal tract. They are used for diminutive, sessile and pedunculated polyps. A flexible wire loop passes through an endoscope to encircle the target tissue.
A three-ring handle extends or retracts the loop from a flexible sheath. A rotation actuator turns the cable and loop through 360 degrees. When activated, the loop delivers monopolar electrical current to cut and cauterize tissue; a PTFE-lined sheath reduces friction during movement.

The listed MD-E-SNR models are oval rotational snares with a 2.4 mm maximum outside diameter. The listed combinations include 10, 15 and 25 mm loop widths with 1800 or 2400 mm working lengths. The devices are single-use and supplied in individual ethylene-oxide-sterilized pouches.
